Milt Marshall is the owner of GotMilt Health and Fitness Center in Medina where he is also a Personal Trainer. He has been training in Medina for the past 16 years. Milt went to Black River High School where he excelled at Football and Track. He is a 1999 graduate of Hocking College earning his Associates Degree in Wildlife Management. After graduating from college, Milt traveled the United States. He lived in Flagstaff, Arizona before venturing to Alaska where he was a bar tender on a train. He backpacked though Australia for 6 months before returning back to the States. After his travels, Milt came back to Medina where he worked as a bar tender at Main Street Café while beginning his career by training privately out of his client’s homes. He then continued working out of the Medina Rec Center before opening his own Health and Fitness Center in 2008.
Milt enjoys running, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing and sky diving. He also enjoys fixing up and riding his motorcycles, travelling and spending time with his girlfriend Holly and his two German Shepherds, Page and Marley.
Holly Becht is a 1997 graduate of Medina High School and was a cheerleader for Soccer and Basketball all throughout her junior high and high school years. Before figuring out what she wanted to do when she grew up, Holly went to the Ohio Center for Broadcasting where she earned her certification in Radio and Television Broadcasting and started working for Clear Channel Radio at WNCO in Ashland. Realizing that Video killed the Radio Star, she began working as an Executive Assistant for a Medina based company where she worked for 10 years while continuing her education at Tri-C. In 2011, she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Deaf Interpretive Services. Immediately after graduation she began working as an Interpreter for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children in schools around Medina County and downtown Cleveland. She currently works for Tradesmen International in Macedonia, Ohio where she is the Executive Assistant to the owner of the company.
Holly is a member of the Society for Creative Anachronisms (SCA), which is an organization dedicated to researching and recreating the arts, skills and traditions of pre-17th century Europe. She enjoys sewing and makes all of her own clothes for use in the SCA. She started her own wedding accessory line called LegUp Fashions, specializing in garters and hair accessories. Holly enjoys running, singing, archery, belly dancing and going to the theatre. She also enjoys travelling and hanging out with her boyfriend Milt and marking items off of her bucket list with her childhood friend, Lisa. She currently resides in Medina with her two cats, Aiobhean and Orin.
